■キッチンスタッフ
まずは、当店のメニューを覚えていただきます。
メニューは本部で決めており、難しい調理はありません。
また、店舗のスタッフがアイデアを出し考案したランチメニューや黒板メニューもあります。
今後も店舗でのメニュー作りは部分的に取り入れていく予定です。
「こんな食材あるよ」「新しいメニューに挑戦したい」というアイデアも大歓迎です!
今までの経験・スキルを活かしつつ、さらに成長して活躍のフィールドを広げて頂きたいと考えています。

その後、店長候補としてスタッフ教育や店舗運営などをお願いいたします。

Head of Brand

As the Head of Brand you are the owner and guardian of the Schmatz brand. Your main mission is to raise brand awareness and ensure consistent brand communication throughout all consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for the implementation of all marketing activities with a key focus on building our online and offline presence. You will implement the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities. What you will do:
Marketing & Brand Strategy
● In charge of driving brand desirability via digital marketing efforts making sure Schmatz becomes the #1 international beer brand in Japan
● Run all marketing, advertising, and PR-related projects that are essential to the success and growth of the brand
● Development and implementation of annual marketing plan
Omni-channel Brand Planning & Activation
● Drive brand desirability via marketing efforts via PR, events, SNS, CRM, and other channels, creating a cohesive customer experience from store visit to omni-channel experience
● Manage all paid and owned media to drive online traffic
● Generate daily content for social media, and develop a social media content schedule to cover events
● Ideate, execute and analyze a multitude of campaigns across both offline and online channels

● Collaborate with top agencies from Europe and Japan for branding and content development

Innovation:

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building out the On-Premise business for SCHMATZ. You will develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, such as group owned and individually owned HoReCa outlets.
