Shipping

 

Your order will be shipped from Tokyo via Sagawa Express. If you choose cool delivery, it will be shipped via Yamato Transport.

Delivery Time

 

Products are delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of your order.

Orders placed by 9:00 AM on weekdays will be shipped the same day and delivered as early as the next day. Please refer to the map below for delivery days after shipping.

*Please note that product arrival may be delayed due to bad weather or disasters.
*Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during Golden Week, Christmas, and New Year holidays.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary by area. Please refer to the table below.
Orders of 10,000 yen or more qualify for free shipping*.
*Excludes shipping to Okinawa
*Shipping for e-gifts is a flat rate of 700 yen

 

 

Gift Shipping

 

At Schmatz, we prioritize environmental friendliness and minimize packaging materials by attaching shipping labels directly to the beer box (only 3-bottle packs use a delivery bag to prevent damage). If you wish to purchase a 6-bottle pack as a gift, please contact us at beer@schmatz.jp after placing your order.
