【Introduction of Limited Edition Beers】

"Keller" is German for "cellar."
Keller Pils is quietly aged in a cool, stone-built underground cellar and bottled unfiltered.

 When poured into a glass, it has a slightly hazy, pale golden color. The aroma is a fresh, grassy scent of German aromatic hops.

Upon tasting, a crisp bitterness typical of a pilsner unfolds, immediately followed by the mellow sweetness of unfiltered malt.

It's rounder and richer than a typical pilsner, and incredibly smooth to drink.

This is a beer where you'll know "this is different" from the first sip, a beer where you can taste the brewer's dedication!

＊Porter / Porter alc 6.9%

When poured into a glass, it reveals a deep, dark brown color that seems to absorb light, topped with a delicate mocha-colored foam.

The aroma is of freshly roasted coffee beans, bitter chocolate, and a hint of caramel.

Upon tasting, the savory bitterness of roasted malt spreads, immediately followed by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate.

Despite its rich appearance, the mouthfeel is silky smooth, and a savory aftertaste lingers long after drinking.

This is a beer for conversations, to be enjoyed slowly and unhurriedly at night.

＊Bavarian IPA / Bavarian IPA alc 6.5%

When you think of IPA, you think of America. But Germany, a great beer nation, quietly disagrees.
Bavaria, which has adhered to the "Reinheitsgebot" (German Beer Purity Law) for over 500 years, brewing beer only with malt, hops, water, and yeast, has created an IPA with a stoic technique that shows a completely different character from American IPAs.

From the glass, an elegant fruitiness reminiscent of pear and white peach rises, along with the dignified floral scent of German noble hops.

Upon tasting, there's a firm hop bitterness, yet its edges are incredibly smooth, with the malt's richness beautifully supporting the aftertaste.

It's flamboyant, yet refined. This is one answer to what a German IPA can be!

The word "session" implies "time spent talking with friends for a long time."

Session IPA retains the splendid hop aroma of an IPA, but with reduced alcohol content and body. The glass emits a juicy citrus aroma reminiscent of grapefruit and passionfruit.

With one sip, it's surprisingly light, and the clear bitterness fades away refreshingly. It's light, yet the aroma is not lacking.
