In April, we will open a new store, "THE PARKSIDE GRILL by Schmatz," at GREEN SPRINGS.
When I first visited the facility, I was drawn to the lush, open atmosphere and felt it naturally aligned with the Schmatz brand, so I decided to take this new step in this town.
We aim to create a neighborhood establishment where local residents can casually drop by during their walks and enjoy Schmatz's signature original German beer, food, and conversation.
We hope you'll visit us for various occasions, including lunch, everyday use, after events, or family dinners. Dogs are welcome on the terrace seats.
While challenging ourselves with new menu items like T-bone steak and Western-style skewers, we aim to establish this store as a second line that expands Schmatz's new possibilities and becomes deeply rooted in this town.
