We are excited to announce the release of our first collaboration beer with Fujizakura Heights Beer, "ichigo zakura weizen"!
This is our first collaboration with Fujizakura Heights Beer, who continue to brew "the ultimate beer" using brewing techniques based on German traditions, carefully selected ingredients, and high-quality soft water from the foothills of Mt. Fuji.
This limited edition beer features a refreshing weizen that evokes the arrival of spring. Made with generous amounts of 100% fruit strawberry puree, it offers a fusion of fresh strawberry aroma and refreshing acidity with the subtle sweetness of weizen. Its pale cherry blossom color and sweet-tart flavor make for a delightful drinking experience.

To commemorate the release, we will be holding a special event at SCHMATZ Shibuya Jinnan.
And on the day of the event, we will have none other than Mr. Amatsu, Brew Chief from Fujizakura Heights Beer, who will share the secrets behind the creation of this collaboration beer, allowing you to enjoy "ichigo zakura weizen" a little earlier than everyone else!
In addition to the collaboration beer, we will also be offering "premium pilsner", brewed specially for this event to commemorate the 55th anniversary of Fuji Kanko Kaihatsu Co., Ltd.!
