This is our first collaboration beer with Fujizakura Heights Beer, who continue to brew "supreme beer" using brewing techniques based on German traditions, carefully selected ingredients, and the high-quality soft water from the foothills of Mt. Fuji.
It offers a spring-like taste with the fresh aroma and refreshing tartness of strawberries, and the subtle sweetness of wheat characteristic of a weizen.
