As e-tickets are digital products, no shipping fees apply.
Returns/Cancellations
Due to the nature of e-tickets as digital products, returns and refunds after purchase are generally not accepted.
However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
・If the e-ticket was not issued correctly due to a system error or similar.
・If the e-ticket becomes unusable within its validity period due to the closure of the target store or similar.
